Shipping Policy
At Soma Root, we work hard to ensure your wellness products reach you as quickly as possible.

  • Shipping within the United States: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

  • International shipping: Orders outside the U.S. typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination and local postal service.

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from Soma Root. If for any reason you're not happy with your order:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is damaged or there was an error with the order.

Non-Refundable Products:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened supplements or personal care products are not eligible for return.
